Project Ops Coordinator

You'll own the consistency engine: bids, scheduling, documentation, follow-ups, client updates, and coordination. You're the air traffic controller keeping projects on track so the founder can focus on sales, quality, and key decisions.
What you'll do
Run the weekly cadence so projects stay on track. Keep decisions, approvals, and evidence organized and traceable. Coordinate subs and punch lists. Manage the bid pipeline from scope to award. Draft client updates and follow up on everything that needs following up on.

Compensation
