Lyte Custom LLC was founded by Trevin Lyte Peterson in 2019 after relocating to Austin from New York, where he co-owned a successful construction company.

The name "Lyte" isn't just a brand. It's a family name passed down through generations, and Trevin's own middle name. That personal connection reflects how we approach every project: like we're building for family.

With 16 years of hands-on construction experience spanning every aspect of the building process, Trevin brings a level of expertise that's rare in today's market.

From framing to finish work, there's no part of your project he hasn't done himself. Nothing gets past him. This isn't management from a desk. It's craftsmanship from someone who understands every nail, every joint, every decision that goes into building something right.
